Apartment Move Out Inspection Form

Once you complete your termination with the Housing Office please complete this form five days before the date you move out. You will receive an email within 2 business days of the forms submission.

Leaseholders must complete this form and be present at the move out appointment.

Individual move out inspections will not be conducted during this time, you will follow the express checkout process. More information will be sent to your UTA student e-mail and a memo will be dropped off by your RA if your lease end date is between the express checkout dates. If you have questions about the express checkout process, please ask your RD. You will not need to complete this form if you are moving out between July 26 and July 31, 2025.
