Block Party Booth Sign-Up 2022

Please fill this form out to have a booth at the Block Party event on Thursday, April 14th, 2022 from 7pm to 10pm. You will need to supply all of the materials for your booth. There is no fundraising at this event. Booths need to be set up by 6:50pm and someone needs to be staffing your booth at all times.

The theme for Block Party is “A Knight to Remember” with Medieval theme!

We ask that all booths and activities coordinate with the theme.

Please provide a brief description of your booth, and how it coordinates with our medieval theme. The committee will review it upon submission.

*Note-All booth proposals that are or can be affiliated with alcohol related activities (i.e. water pong, flip cup etc...) will not be approved unless they are explicitly educational in nature.
