Residence Hall Guest Request Form

Please fill out this form to request an overnight guest to stay in your residence hall. Once the request has been received it will be approved or denied by the Residence Director within the next 48 business hours. Guests are not permitted to stay until an approval has been sent by the RD. Requests will be reviewed Monday-Friday during business hours.

Guests are allowed to stay three consecutive days and two nights with the approval of the Residence Director and your roommates and suitemates (if applicable). Residents are responsible for their guests behaviors and are required to be with their guests at all times. If the guest is approved to stay, the maximum time allowed will be three nights a month. Guests cannot have consecutive stays from one month to the next.
