All guests must be 21 or older or accompanied by someone 21 or older, have official University business, and be hosted by a university department.
One-bedroom units have a maximum occupancy of two people. Two-bedroom units have a maximum occupancy of four people. All occupancy standards must be followed.
Guest Apartments are located with our college student apartment housing and guests should be aware they are going to be living in a community with college students.
The UTA Pick Up Designee will pick up the keys from the Guest Services office located in the Kalpana Chawla Hall, 901 S Oak Street, Arlington, Texas - 76013. Please call on the Guest Services Contact Phone - 817-272-6963 and someone will be present to assist you with the welcome packet for the Guest.

Parking
Guest planning to park on campus will need to purchase a parking permit prior to the their arrival to avoid possible citations. Guest can register their license plate numbers to Parking and Transportation Services Office. License plate numbers are also required for rental vehicles. UTA faculty and staff staying in the Guest Apartments and needing to park on campus must also purchase a permit prior.

Payment Information

Pick-Up Designee
The person you designate must be affiliated with the host department and bring along with them their UTA issued photo ID to the Guest Services Office at the time of pick-up. If your designee(s) is unable to pick up keys and swipe access card during regular business hours or your guest checks-in during weekends, you must contact the Guest Services Office in advance. A minimum of three business days’ notice is advised.
