PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Participants in University of Texas at Arlington sponsored youth camps are required to follow all UTA policies and procedures and requirements, including the Youth Program Policy EI-PO12. Program Directors are responsible for the content contained in the policy designated for their program type. Program Directors are responsible for being in compliance. Forms should not be submitted to Guest Services.
All programs with minors in attendance must follow the procedures of the UTA Youth Program Policy, including:
- Request to Host
- Insurance Requirements
- Annual Criminal Background Checks
- Child Protection Training
The Request to Host Application must be completed, submitted and approved when UTA employees, departments or external groups want to host a program in which minors under the age of 18 will be present.
